The not-for-profit Holocaust Memorial in Nashua Corporation is registered as a Charitable Trust with the State of New Hampshire. The IRS has determined that the corporation is classified as a tax exempt Public Charity under IRS 501(c)(3) effective 6 July 2010. Contributions are tax deductible under IRS Section 170, and bequests, devises, transfers or gifts are tax deductible under IRS Sections 2055, 2106, or 2522 (see IRS Letter dated 20 October posted on the website).
